Why Did My Linked Bank (ACH) Debit Fail?
If your linked bank (ACH) debit fails, it is typically due to changes in your bank’s connection settings. Below are common reasons for this issue and steps to resolve it.
Common Reasons for ACH Debit Failure
Password Change
If you have updated the password for your bank account, the connection to your bank may need to be refreshed.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Requirements
Your bank may now require a one-time password (OTP) for security purposes. This extra step involves entering a code sent to your email or phone to verify your identity.
Resolving the Issue
