Wallet Funding Options
Xtrm offers multiple flexible options for your company to fund its digital wallets. Incoming funds can be sent directly from your financial institution or received from your customers and partners into your company wallets for centralized management and disbursement. Whether you’re handling a few transactions or thousands, Xtrm supports high-volume inbound funding efficiently.
Advanced Services Approval Required
To fund any wallet, your account must be Advanced Services Approved. More Info
Approval ensures compliance with regulatory standards and unlocks access to additional funding methods and higher transaction limits.
Funding Methods
Depending on your preferred processing speed and operational needs, there are five main ways to receive funds into your digital wallets. Please note that availability may vary based on factors such as:

Bank Debit Pull money directly from your company or customers' bank accounts into wallets. | 3-5 Business days. Excluding weekends and bank holidays | Free | Pull funds directly from your bank account or from your customers’ accounts. The account holder must reside in the country of the currency. Limited cross-border use is allowed for USD and CAD. |
Bank Transfer EFT or wire (Bank Transfer) money to your Xtrm wallets in any of 36 supported currencies. | Once you initiate payment, 3-5 Business days. Excluding weekends and bank holidays | Free | Bank details will be provided based on currency. Fund using Wire, ACH, or local methods. Once funds are received using the provided bank information, they will show up in your wallet balance, and you will be notified via email. Please avoid sending checks which incur a $35 processing fee. |
Invoice We will email you an invoice with funding details for Bank Transfer via ACH (or equivalent). We can fund directly to your wallets in any of 36 supported currencies. | Once you initiate payment, 3-5 Business days. Excluding weekends and bank holidays | Free | Bank details will be provided based on currency. This will generate an electronic invoice emailed to you within 24 hours. You can fund using Wire, ACH, or any local bank transfer option. It provides local bank details in your business name for international payments—without needing to open bank accounts in each region. |

Fund your wallets in any of 36 supported currencies without requiring currency conversion. You may also fund in other currencies, but FX rates will apply.
