Funding Wallets via Bank Transfer
If you'd like to fund your XTRM wallets by sending money directly from your bank, we recommend using either WIRE or ACH transfers. To streamline processing and ensure timely crediting of your funds, we also recommend providing advance notice of the transfer via your XTRM company account.
You may also choose whether or not you require an invoice. If requested, an invoice will be sent within 24 hours to your designated finance contact—or, if none is listed, to your company’s Master Admin.
Steps to Initiate a Bank Transfer
1. Log in to your XTRM company account.
2. From the left-hand menu, select Fund, then choose Bank Transfer from the dropdown.
3. Indicate whether you require an invoice.
- If Yes is selected, an electronic invoice will be generated and emailed within 24 hours.
- Any applicable fees will be shown on the invoice.
4. Complete the funding form, including any special instructions.
- Ensure you select the correct wallet to be funded.
- If requesting an invoice, the system will display any applicable transfer fees.
5. Send the funds to the bank details displayed on the screen.
- Important: Include your company wire reference, shown at the bottom of the screen.
- Bank information provided is currency-specific—please refer only to the details shown during this process or on your invoice.
6. After initiating the transfer, a pending credit transaction will appear in your wallet.
- Once funds are received, the transaction will update to completed, and the funds will be available for use.
Alternative Funding Method: Named Bank Account
For frequent or recurring payments, you may benefit from using an XTRM Named Account. This feature provides currency-specific bank details in your company’s legal name, enabling you to receive payments faster and with greater transparency.
With a Named Account, your customers or partners can send funds directly to a dedicated account under your company name—ideal for automated payment flows or international collections.
