To fund your customers or partners wallets:


  • You need to be a manager account (Red star)
  • You need to be connected to your customer or partner.
  • The customer or partner will need to be 'Advanced Services Approved' (Yellow Star)
  • Login to your account.
  • Click 'Connected' menu.
  • Click 'Connected Companies' tab.
  • Click 'Wallets' next to the company whose wallets you want to fund. 



  • Select the wallet you want to fund and click the drop list.
  • Select 'Fund Wallet.'



  • Enter Fund Amount



  • The funding bank information is provided at the bottom.
  • Clicking the final button will create a pending fund record for your customer or partner and notify us to expect an inbound fund.
