To fund your customers' or partners' wallets:


  • You need to be a manager account (Red Star)
  • You need to be connected to your customer or partner.
  • The customer or partner will need to be "Advanced Services Approved" (Yellow Star)


1. Log in to your account.

2. Click "Connected" on the left menu.

3. Click the "Connected Companies" tab.

4. Click "Wallets" next to the company whose wallets you want to fund. 






5. Select the wallet you want to fund and click the drop list.

6. Select "Fund Wallet."







7. Enter Fund Amount and determine if an invoice is required or not. 




8. The funding bank information is provided at the bottom. Clicking the final button will create a pending fund record for your customer or partner and notify us to expect an inbound fund. 




While we do encourage you notifying us of funding payments through the wallet, if you only need the bank account instructions, you can obtain the details as follows.
