IMPORTANT: Companies using XTRM have one org account worldwide. And, within that Org account you can set up separate geographical or legal entities for regional access using regional currency wallets and role feature-based user access. Each of these entities are seperate from one another and can be managed completely separately within a single Org.
If you are creating a new company org account and you get an alert saying your company already has an org account, then click on the link displayed in the message to get an email sent to you with instructions on how to contact your current master admin and get setup. If you are still having issues, email us at support@xtrm.com.
More info on organizations and entities here
1. You are registering your company at www.xtrm.com:
When registering your own company at www.xtrm.com or remittercompany@xtrm.com and the company name or email domain is already in use, the system will let you know with a warning message (see below). Click on the link displayed in the message 'HERE' to get an email sent to you with instructions on how to contact your current master admin and get setup. If you are still having issues, email us at support@xtrm.com. It is typical for a company with multiple subsidiaries or regions to have one org account with multiple admins with different access levels.
2. You are a logged-in company adding another company as a beneficiary.
If you are logged in to a company account as a manager or remitter, and whilst adding a new company beneficiary, you get this message:
then try to find the company by searching for them on the email domain you are trying to use. You can search by domain name - for example, if the company you are adding is at www.acmesystems.com, then search on " acme systems." If you select it then you can add them as a beneficiary and/or request to be connected. This will avoid you from creating another company org account for the same company, which might cause confusion.
