COMPANY001 - 4 quick steps to start making and receiving payments

Modified on Thu, 21 Nov at 12:02 PM

Here are the simple 4 steps to get you going:

1. Create a Company Account HERE (if you haven't already)

Go to xtrm.com to register with a company account. This will create one master admin, and then you can add as many additional users within your organization as you like to access this account. Complete both the basic and advanced profiles. The account will need to be verified before payments can be made. This typically takes 48 hours.

2. Add your company Congtacts. (Optional)

You don't need to add your Contacts as they are created automatically when you pay them if they don't already exist. However, if you prefer to add them yourself in advance, then here are your options.

Simple:

Option 1: Log in to your account, click Contacts in the left menu, and then search and add your beneficiary companies. Note that after adding, we will need to compliance approve them. This typically takes up to 48 hours.

Advanced:

Option 1: Use your branded signup page <<yourco.xtrm.com>> and have them self register

Option 2: Use your existing system to create accounts via SSO

Option 3: Using our payments API (XAPI).

Option 1:  Simple Send - Single payments. Cash only

Option 2:  Advanced Send - Multiple Payments, Cash and Non-cash
