System emails are those sent out by the XTRM system to alert users or companies of various completed tasks. The default design for these emails includes links and references to for the purpose of support and system information. 

If you are a customer or a partner and want to change the content of these emails to another brand, whether it is yours or a customer of yours, you can edit the system emails by going to 'Integrations' in the left menu and select 'Configure' in the 'Custom Emails' row.

The emails have certain data which is mandatory such as regulatory information. 

The emails are broken into editable elements.  See example below

You can edit the elements and then test by sending yourself an email. In order to use these emails please make sure you let us know when submitting mass payment files.
