CONMANAGER009 - Customize connected company alert emails

The Connected Manager feature allows you to customize the system emails sent from XTRM to your customers’ contacts. Follow these steps to modify email content:

  1. Search for the connected company (customer) making payments.

  2. Click the ellipsis icon to open the Manager Services menu.

  3. Select Customize Email Alerts.





      4. Edit the customizable fields in the email.

      5. Use the Send Test Email option to preview your changes in an example email.
