If you are processing claims in XTRM, please go to the claims link on the left menu. You can set the status of the claim, for example, approve it, reject it, expire it, and more. If you approve, you can instantly pay the individual or the individual's employer. After paying, the claim status will switch to "Completed."
If you pay the individual, they will receive an alert email and can view and manage their funds. If you pay the individual's employer, then the admin of that company will receive an alert email and can log in to their company account and see the payment and also the details of the individual that made the claim.
How do claims look to users?
Claims appear in XTRM Individual accounts under the "Claims" left menu. The Individual simply clicks on the claim to request approval.
