Individuals

This account enables individuals to send or receive personal payments directly to their digital wallets. Once funds are received, they can be transferred to a bank account, redeemed for Digital Gift Cards, or loaded onto Digital or Plastic VISA cards. For more information on personal accounts, click More Info

Companies

This account is designed for companies that need to receive or make payments, integrate with the XTRM API, or accept "Employer" payments from other companies. When you create a company account, it requires approval, and you will be assigned as the master admin. As the master admin, you will have access to review transactions, generate reports, manage payment programs, and more. More Info

For both personal and company accounts, each email address must be unique. It is possible to have both account types (personal and company), which is often necessary if you receive payments personally (personal account) while also acting as the designated admin for your company (company account). You can use the same email and password for both accounts. When doing so, you will be prompted to choose which account you want to access at login.

Companies

This account is designed for Agencies, ISVs, and Partner companies that manage downstream customers. If your business handles payments on behalf of multiple customers and needs to manage those payments directly through our platform, widgets, or API, this account is ideal for you. It offers additional features that allow you to "connect" with your customers and manage their wallets, payments, currency exchange, employees, and more.

Developers
This account is designed for developers who want to leverage the XTRM API to integrate payments into their own platforms or their customers' platforms and mobile applications. It provides access to our sandbox environment, allowing you to create a testing company account. Once activated, you'll receive test funds to simulate transactions. This account also includes additional features to "connect" with your customers and manage their wallets, payments, currency exchange, employees, and more, all while utilizing the API.
