This method allows you to fund your wallets using a bank debit. A bank debit is when funds are pulled from your bank account. We will contact your financial institution and request to pull the funds. This differs from when you transfer the funds via ACH credit or wire to us, where you must initiate the transfer from your bank or bank portal.

How do you start funding using the Bank Debit (pull) method?


There are two main steps to do this.

2. Link your bank to fund via bank debit


Option A: Automated Bank Linking


You can log in to your company account. Click "Fund" and select the wallet you want to fund using the dropdown. Next, choose "Bank Debit" and click "Link new bank for Bank Debit." You will be required to log into your US bank account using Plaid as a security measure to show the bank account belongs to you. After successful login, you will be redirected back to the linked bank's screen. 


Pending 


The bank will initially be pending approval. Do not worry! The bank you linked will be approved within 24 hours, after which you can fund directly from that bank account via a Bank Debit (ACH pull) from your bank account. The screen will look like this.




Option B:  Manual Bank Linking (Slower method)


If you still have issues logging in, or cannot find your currency or bank in the supported list, click the link to "Use Microdeposit Method." 




Depending on the currency, this option will:


USD: Send two small transactions to your bank account. This takes 1 to 3 business days. Once received, you can return and enter the two amounts to validate the Bank Debit.


CAD, GBP, AUD, EUR: You must complete a DocuSign document for approval. Once submitted, approval will take 2 to 5 business days. 



How to Use


Now your bank is approved. Next, click "Fund," select "Bank Debit," and complete the on-screen fields. Once you request a Bank Debit, a pending inbound transaction is created. When the funds arrive (typically 2 to 5 business days) you will see the credit applied to your wallet as the "Pending" transaction switches to "Completed," followed by an email notification of completion.






Once you initiate a Bank Debit, a pending transaction is created in your account.




Funds usually take between 2 to 5 business days to process. Once received, the "Pending" transaction will change to "Completed," and the funds will be credited to your wallet.
