First-Time Payment Email Alert for Users Without an XTRM Account

When XTRM processes a payment to a user or company that has not previously received a payment via XTRM, the system automatically creates an account and wallet for the recipient. Once the account is created, an email alert is sent to notify the recipient of the payment.

Email Branding:

• The email includes your company logo and company name in the body.

• The branding is pulled directly from your company profile, so it is important to ensure that your logo and company name are correct and up to date.

Program/Project Information:

• The program or project name and description included in the email depend on how the payment is submitted:

  • Self-Service Payments: Taken from the description entered during the payment creation.

  • Mass Payments File: Pulled from the program/project information in the submitted file.

  • API Payments: Taken from the program/project data submitted via the API.
