Personal Payment Alert Email
When XTRM processes a personal payment to a user, the recipient receives an email notification that includes your company logo and company name. The branding is automatically pulled from your company profile, so it is important to ensure that your logo and company name are accurate and up to date.
Program/Project Information:
The program or project name and description displayed in the email are taken from the data you entered during the payment process:
Self-Service Payments: Simple or Advanced Send
Mass Payments File: Program/project information is pulled from the file submitted
API Payments: Program/project details are taken from the API submission data
To ensure accurate program/project names, create them in advance in your company account:
Log in to your company account.
Navigate to the left menu and select Programs.
Add or edit program/project names and descriptions as needed.
Email Subject Line:
- Payment received from <<your company name>>
