This allows you to edit a connected individual's mobile number.
Note: You will need the individual on the phone to validate the one-time passwords in real time.
1. Search for the user by name, email, or account number. If you are connected to them, you will see the edit link to the right of their mobile number.
2. Click to "Edit" their mobile number. Two (2) one-time passwords will be sent - one to the new mobile phone and one to the existing email on record for them. They will need to provide both to you.
Enter both numbers and click "Verify." If verified successfully, the mobile number is updated.
