When your company is connected to another company or an individual account, you can view any send (wallet to wallet) transactions from your company to that connected company or individual account.
This additional manager feature lets you see additional outbound send transactions for your connected companies or individuals. i.e., you can now see all sends (wallet to wallet) that the company or individual you are connected to has completed.
