Overview


Establishing a company account on Xtrm enables your business to manage corporate balances, fund digital wallets, or send or receive global payouts. This guide walks you through setting up your organization, managing user access roles, and configuring connected account structures.


How to Register Your Company on Xtrm

Follow these steps to create a new company account:

  1. Go to the Portal: Visit www.xtrm.com in your web browser.

  2. Start Signup: Click Sign Up in the top navigation bar and select Company Account.

  3. Submit Application: Enter your corporate email address and business details, then complete the application form.


Important Email Requirement:

Use an email address associated with your company's validated website domain (e.g., admin@yourcompany.com). Avoid using consumer email domains (e.g., @gmail.com or @yahoo.com) to ensure successful account registration and verification.



4. Confirm your email address and click Verify Email 



5. Check your inbox for a confirmation email to verify your account.



6. Open the email and click the Validate button to confirm your account



7. Review and accept Xtrm's Services Agreement, which includes the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy 


8. Provide details on your intended usage of the account and click Submit Application to send it for compliance approval




9. Registration confirmation is displayed



10. You will receive an email confirmation when the account is approved. Click on here within the email to be directed to the standard login screen



1. Company Onboarding Checklist

Before beginning the onboarding process, ensure you have the following information available:

  • Official Business Details: Legal registered company name, tax ID (EIN, VAT, or local equivalent), and principal physical address.

  • Corporate Email Domain: Work email address matching your company domain (e.g., @yourcompany.com).

  • Designated Account Administrator: Contact details for the primary user who will act as the Master Admin.

2. Step-by-Step Account Setup Flow

Step 1: Initial Registration

  1. Go to the Xtrm registration portal or your company's branded signup URL.

  2. Select Company Account.

  3. Enter your corporate email address and set a secure password.

  4. Verify your email address using the activation link sent to your inbox.


Step 2: Complete Company Profile

  1. Log into your account and navigate to Profile > Organization Details.

  2. Enter your legal company name, registration address, and business phone number.

  3. Add your corporate Tax Identification Number (TIN/EIN/VAT).


Step 3: Configure User Management & Roles

Add team members and assign specific permissions based on their operational responsibilities:


User RolePermissions & Access Scope
Master AdminFull global control, user creation, wallet management, and API access.
Controller Financial oversight, wallet funding, and payout execution.
ManagerView-only or regional payout authorization for designated team budgets.
Standard UserBasic program management and campaign-level reporting.

Step 4: Enable Payment Features

  • To Receive Funds Only: Completing basic company details unlocks inbound payment collection and basic transfer capabilities.

  • To Send Global Payouts (Remitters): Apply for Advanced Services via your dashboard to enable domestic and international outbound payments (ACH, Wire, Cards, and Digital Gift Cards).


3. Managing Connected Accounts & Sub-Entities

If your organization operates multiple brands, subsidiaries, or regional divisions, Xtrm's Connected Account Architecture allows you to:

  • Link Sub-Accounts: Create regional sub-entities under a single parent company account.

  • Isolate Balances: Maintain separate currency wallets for individual departments or regional offices.

  • Centralized Oversight: Enable Master Administrators to review transactional logs and audit reports across all connected accounts.
