This manager feature allows you to submit a mass payment on behalf of (OBO) one of your connected companies (customers)
1. Log in to your XTRM company account at www.xtrm.com.
2. Select "Send" and choose "Mass Payments."
3. To initiate mass payments, utilize our submission template by clicking on the link "Submission Template" or access it here. This template is available for download from Google Docs in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. Complete the spreadsheet with the necessary payment information. After filling out the file, proceed to click on "Upload Mass Payment File."
Note there are mandatory requirements to process the payments to the digital wallets. Please refer to the list below for specific requirements applicable to both Individual and Company payments.

4. Select the connected company (customer) from the drop list.
5. Select the source wallet for the payments.
6. Upload their mass pay file
7. Click "Submit." If sufficient funds are in your customers' wallets, we will process the payment file within 48 hours. If not, we will invoice them.
8. You can also track the status of the submitted file.
