Xtrm enables fast, secure, and flexible B2C and B2B payout disbursements worldwide. Regardless of where payout instructions originate—whether generated in CRM systems (Salesforce, PRM), ERPs, or custom in-house software—payments can be seamlessly submitted via the Xtrm AnyPay™ platform using API integrations, mass file uploads, or the web portal.
1. Submission Methods
Companies can dispatch global payments using four flexible methods:
| Method | Capacity | Description |
| Simple Send | Single payment | Send individual payments to any person or company worldwide in any supported currency. |
| Advanced Send | Up to 50 recipients | Batch send cash or non-cash options to multiple recipients simultaneously. |
| Mass Payments | 1 to 5,000 recipients | Upload a standardized CSV/spreadsheet file to disburse high-volume global payouts instantly. |
| Embedded Payments | Scalable API | Integrate the Xtrm API (XAPI) into mobile or web apps to automate real-time digital wallet payouts - Quick Start Guide - Payment Processing API for Developers. |
2. Recipient Types
Xtrm supports three primary beneficiary structures to accommodate various operational models:
Personal Payments: Pay individual beneficiaries globally in any currency. Recipients can keep funds in their digital wallet or cash out via their preferred transfer method.
Company Payments: Transfer B2B funds directly to corporate entities. Includes itemized remittance details allowing the beneficiary company to transfer funds to business bank accounts, cards, or gift cards.
Employer Payments: Pay partner or vendor companies while including an itemized payout breakdown for their specific employees (e.g., SPIFFs, sales incentives, contractor distributions). The employer can disburse these funds directly into individual employee digital wallets.
3. Payment Execution Methods (Choice vs. Direct)
Xtrm offers two distinct payout models depending on whether you want the remitter or the beneficiary to choose the final payout mechanism:
Xtrm Choice™ (Recommended)
The remitter transfers funds into the beneficiary’s Xtrm Digital Wallet. The recipient then chooses how and when to withdraw their funds.
Xtrm Direct™
The remitter pre-determines the exact withdrawal channel, locking in the delivery method upon dispatch.
| Payout Method | Channel Options | Xtrm Choice™ (Recipient Control) | Xtrm Direct™ (Remitter Control) |
![]() Direct to Bank | ACH, EFT, Wire Transfer | Recipient selects target bank | Remitter mandates target bank details |
![]() Direct to Prepaid Virtual Card | Visa or Mastercard | Recipient issues virtual card | Remitter issues virtual card |
Direct to Digital Gift Cards | 100+ Retailers (e.g., Amazon) | Recipient selects brand | Remitter pre-selects brand |
Direct to Check | Physical Mail (USA Only) | Recipient requests check | Remitter dispatches check |
