This allows you to edit a connected user's email address.
Note: You will need the user on the phone to validate the one-time password in real time.
1. Search for the user by name, email, or account number. If you are connected to them, you will see the edit link to the right of their email.
2) Click to edit their email. Enter the new email.
This will send them a one-time password to their new email. Then, ask them to read it back to you over the phone.
