Beneficiary, Connected, and Manager Services Overview
There are 3 levels of access for your company to access, view and manage other company and individual accounts. Please view the table to see what access each level allows.
Some important notes to consider:
1. You do not need to be connected to a company or individual account to send a payment to their wallet, bank, prepaid card, gift card or check.
2. When you pay a company or individual, they are automatically added to your contact list.
3. Being connected to another company or individual (Level 2) allows some additional limited visibility for you, plus allows Bank Direct payments via API.
4. Connecting is a one way process. Your company being connected to another company does not mean they are connected back to you. If you are connected to another company you have Level 2 access to them, they do not have Level 2 access to you.
5. Being connected to and a manager (Level 3) gives you additional visibility and additional manager services to manage your connected companies or individuals.
| Level 1 - Standard | You can search, view and pay any registered company in Xtrm. You can also add them to your contacts for convenience. If you pay a person or a company, they are automatically added to your contacts. You automatically have level 1 access to any company. |
| Level 2 - Connected | If you are connected to a beneficiary company or individual account, then you have some limited additional view access and functionality for that individual or company. This is level 2 access. See below. Being connected also enables additional manager services. See Level 3. |
| Level 3 - Connected & Manager Services Enabled | If you are an integrated customer, partner or agency, you can get authorized for Level 3 access or manager services. This allows for more advanced management services for your customers and partners. |
