COMPANY018 — Account Review FAQ

Modified on Mon, 10 Aug at 11:17 AM

This guide applies if you have recently created a new company account on Xtrm or updated your Advanced Company Profile with extended due diligence details to request access to advanced services.

Important: Please do not create a duplicate business account while your application is pending review. Creating multiple accounts can cause processing delays.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is my Xtrm account under review?

To comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory standards, Xtrm verifies the legal identity and business status of every registering organization. This review ensures security and regulatory compliance across all financial transactions.

How long does the account review process take?

The account review process typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Once the review is complete, you will receive an update via email regarding your approval or requesting additional information.

What happens once my company account is approved?

You will receive an account activation email. Once activated, you can log in to start receiving funds.

  • Pending Payments: If payments were sent to your account prior to approval, those funds are held securely and will become visible as soon as you log in after approval.

  • Advanced Services: To unlock expanded features—such as wallet funding, global payouts, and live currency exchange—complete the Advanced Services Application available on your account home page.

What does "Extended Due Diligence" mean?

For certain business models, high-risk operational regions, or regulatory structures, Xtrm may require additional verification details. This can include:

  • Beneficial ownership details for individuals holding 25% or more ownership.

  • Identification and contact details for executive officers or key directors with managerial authority.

Are there business types that Xtrm cannot approve?

Yes. Certain industries or business models cannot be supported on the platform due to strict financial regulation and compliance policies. If your business falls into an unsupported category, our compliance team will notify you directly via email.
