If you need to grant login access to local or regional employees, whether for assistance or to manage distinct parts of your company, please refer to these instructions. XTRM offers four distinct roles. To manage the distinct roles, access levels can be customized, which includes Entitiy management, Payment, Edit, and View options. Master Admin Only one master admin globally. Typically, a person with signatory authority on the XTRM financial account is often a person in finance or treasury.
ControllerManages one or multiple regions or entities- unlimited number of users
Manager Local or regional users - unlimited number of users
Standard This is the default user and most common access level - an unlimited number of users.
SuspendedUsers' access is suspended


If the master admin is no longer available, please email us at support@xtrm.com. However, if the master admin is available changes can be made by them, self-serve - Change master admin role self-serve.




How to create an entity and add a new user(s):


1. Log in to your company account at www.xtrm.com.

2. Select "Organization" and "Add New Entity."




3. Enter the details of the new entity (Region, Country, or Legal Name) and click "Save."




4. Next, select "Invite New User." From there, you'll have the choice to add a new user either under the "Prime Entity" or within specific Entity(s).  Note: you can also add users from the "Users" page. 





5. Fill out the onscreen fields for the new user, which includes defining their "User Role" and "System Access Level". Complete by clicking "Invite New User" or "Continue" to access the Custom Settings page - Organization, entities, users, roles, and access levels.





6. A validation email will be sent to the newly added user to access the account.
