XTRM offers multiple ways for your company to receive funds. Funds can come from you or your customers or partners directly into your company wallets for management and disbursement.  These can be a few or many thousands of inbound transactions. 


Funding wallets from your own financial accounts:


If you want to fund your own wallets from your own financial accounts such as your bank account or a payment card or using an invoice , please follow these steps. Login to your company account and click 'Fund' on left menu. You will see the fund options available to you in your geography.





There are a 6 main ways to fund your digital wallets depending on how quickly you want to get your payments processed. Note that not all funding methods may be avaialbe to you based on your geography and your profile standing.

Electronic Invoice (Company accounts only)
1 Business day for us to send you invoice.

2-5 business days to receive your funds once you initiate transfer.

This will generate an electronic invoice sent to you within 24 hours. You can then fund using Wire or ACH. Once funds are received using the provided bank information they will show up in your wallet balance and you will be notified via email. Please avoid sending checks which incur a $35 charge.

Supported Wire Currencies for Invoice: **

AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, NOK, NZD, OMR, PLN, QAR, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, USD, TND,TRY, ZAR.

Supported ACH Currencies for Invoice: **

AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, NOK, NZD, OMR, PLN, QAR, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, USD, TND,TRY, USD, ZAR.

Bank details will be provided in the system as you process. Be aware that some currencies are not supported by ACH and you will have to Wire instead.

** If you currency is not listed we can still process but you may be subject to exchange rates.
