1. To transfer to your bank account, first you must link your bank account:


a) Go to 'Settings'

b) Select 'Link Bank' and click button 'Link Bank Account'







c) Search for your bank wherever it is in the world and add you bank details. Be careful to spell your bank 

name correctly. For international banks, searching using your IBAN (International Bank Account Number) 

is the most efficient way. Once linked you can now transfer.  Be aware that if your bank details are set incorrectly

when you link your bank, ie wrong IBAN, account number, routing number, address, the transaction will be 

returned and your wallet will be credited. 


Bank Search tip: Use short words to search - ie choose 'Wells' for Wells Fargo. Also if you banks name is letters (Like HSBC)

and the search doesn't return results, try spelling out the full name of the bank.




2. Click 'Transfer' button to transfer your funds.

Now you have linked your bank account, goto 'Home' and select 'Transfer' button. Follow the on screen 

instructions to transfer to your linked bank account. Bank ACH transfers takes 2-5 business days. 'Wire' 

transfers take 1-3 business day depending on where you live. Remember banks don't operate at weekends

for ACH or Wire bank transfers.



Once the transfer is successfully initiated you will see a transfer  transaction record. Click on 'details' button to 

view the transfer details and the 'Payment complete' field will be set to 'True' meaning the transfer has started. If 

successful the status will remain 'True'. Be aware that if your bank details were set incorrectly when you linked 

your bank, the transaction will be returned and your wallet will be credited. The status will be switched back  

to 'False'. This can take 5-10 days so please be careful linking your bank.
